Roger Sippl is a founding partner of Sippl Macdonald Ventures. Previously Roger was founder and CEO of Informix Software, co-founder of The Vantive Corporation and was founder and CEO of Visigenic Software. Roger also was an early individual investor in Illustra Information Technologies (acquired by Informix in 1996), and Red Pepper Software (acquired by Peoplesoft in 1997). Roger currently serves on the boards of HAHT Commerce and Support.com, and attends board meetings of other portfolio companies. He earned a B.S. in computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mike Stachowiak co-founded Lift Media. Inc., which delivers innovative revenue solutions to retail merchants. Lift was acquired by Webloyalty Inc. in 2008, where Mike currently serves as Director of Technology. Previously, Mike was technical co-founder at 4INFO, a leading mobile media company backed by US Venture Partners, DFJ, Gannett Corporation, and NBC's Peacock Equity. Mike has a BSE from University of Michigan, and has multiple patents pending his inventions in artificial intelligence and localized search technologies.

Sep Kamvar co-founded Kaltix Inc., a contextualized search company acquired by Google in 2003. At Google, he led engineering for personalized search products for 5 years. Today Sep is Chairman of Wildflower Capital, a seed venture fund focused on technology and renewable energy, as well as a consulting professor of Computational Mathematics at Stanford University.
